Dr. Jose Ignacio Ros and practice manager Mitzi Ros established Coastal Carolina Internal Medicine PA in 2002 to serve the community at our medical clinic in Jacksonville. They brought their passion for healthcare from New York, eager to uplift and care for every patient.
In 2022, they opened the aesthetics and wellness side of their business, Bloom.

We built our medical clinic in Jacksonville on the founding principles of quality, valuable, and convenient medical care to reach the needs of every patient. The many military bases neighboring our facility means we serve a diverse group of patients regularly. They tell us their needs, and we do our best to meet them with the most compassionate care.
In 2022, we expanded the practice by opening Bloom, our aesthetics and wellness center. This addition reflects our commitment to enhancing our patients’ overall well-being and confidence.
We have provided our community with consistent and reliable medical services for over twenty years. Time has flown by, largely because of how connected we’ve found ourselves with our community. Our passion for patient care mirrors our dedication to supporting local ensembles and education in Jacksonville with time and resources.
